CANCELLATION POLICY

We are trying to take care of each individual client’s needs during the client’s visit. However, in order to decrease waiting times and as a courtesy to your fellow client’s, we maintain a strict No Show/Cancellation Policy for all our client’s.

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please call Zenflex at least two business days before your appointment to reschedule or cancel in order to accommodate another client. Cancellations must be done in person or over the telephone speaking directly to one of our staff.

A client who does not arrive for their scheduled appointment without contacting our clinic at least two business days in advance is considered a “no-show”, barring medical emergencies and will be charged for their FULL scheduled time.
